Leadership & Career Certificate Program

The Leadership and Career Certificate Program (LCCP) is a semester-long, self-paced, and free online program designed to help students develop their strengths, build confidence, and reach their goals. Open to all SJSU students, the program requires a minimal time commitment and no prior leadership experience.

Through five online modules, students will explore key leadership and career development concepts and engage with SJSU events—both virtual and in-person—to expand their learning. Participants who complete all components will earn a certificate of completion and be formally recognized at the annual Student Leadership Gala.

The LCCP is a collaboration between Student Involvement and the SJSU Career Center and is offered each spring semester. Questions email [email protected], or call us at 408-924-5950.
