| Section 02: Advanced Analog Circuits Design |
The course emphasizes the design and analysis of power electronics circuits, including AC/DC and DC/DC conversion circuits such as Buck and Boost converters and covers a rigorous treatment of non-idealities such as noise, distortion, and electromagnetic interference (EMI) across all sub-disciplines. Students will engage in extensive computer-aided design (CAD) simulations and complete a comprehensive and hands-on project that integrates concepts from power and RF systems. |
